脑梗死伴发高血压护理中循症护理的应用分析

目的:探讨脑梗死伴高血压护理中循证护理的应用分析。方法:28例脑梗死伴高血压患者实施常规护理为对照组,34例脑梗死伴高血压患者实施循证护理,对比2组不同护理后效果。结果:2组患者的住院时间、治疗后神经功能缺损评分、血压正常指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死伴发高血压护理中结合采用循证护理,有利于患者受损神经功能、身体健康早日恢复,疗效显著。

Objective:to explore cerebral infarction with hypertension analysis application of evidence-based nursing care. Methods:28 patients with cerebral infarction associated with high blood pressure as the control group, routine nursing of 34 cases of cerebral infarction patients with high blood pressure with the implementation of evidence-based nursing, after comparing two groups of different nursing effect. The results of two groups patients in hospital time, neural function defect score after treatment, normal blood pressure index comparison difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:cerebral infarction with hypertension using evidence-based nursing care, is beneficial to patients with impaired nerve function, healthy body recover at an early date, curative effect is remarkable.
