老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中采用优质护理的效果分析

目的:观察分析老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中采用优质护理的效果分析。方法:选取我科收治的48例老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=24)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+优质护理。护理后,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、心理状态、镇痛药物使用量、疼痛评分、住院时间、并发症及满意度。结果:观察组和对照组治疗总有效率为分别为95.83%(23/24)和79.17%(19/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、疼痛评分、镇痛药物使用量、住院时间和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中的护理效果显著,可显著改善患者负面情绪,减轻患者疼痛,减少住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: to observe the analysis in elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures using quality perioperative period nursing effect analysis. Methods: selection of 48 cases admitted in our department in elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures as the research object, were randomly divided into control group(n = 24) and observation group(n = 24). Control group given routine nursing, the observation group was given routine care + high quality care. After care, compared two groups of patients of total effective treatment, psychological state, analgesic drug usage, pain score, length of hospital stay, complications, and satisfaction. Results: the observation group and control group total effective rate of treatment was 95.83%(23/24) and 79.17%(19/24), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Observation group SAS scores and SDS score, pain score, analgesic drug usage, length of hospital stay, and complications were significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05), and the observation group satisfaction is higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing care in elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures in the perioperative nursing effect significantly, can significantly improve patients’ negative mood, relieve patients’ pain and reduce the length of hospital stay, lower incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient quality of life, has clinical value.
