老年高血压患者护理中人性化护理的应用效果观察

目的:对老年高血压患者护理中人性化护理的应用效果观进行深入分析和探讨。方法:收集我科2016年2月至2017年2月"期间的90例老年高血压患者,然后按照随机分组的方法把这些患者随机分为A组(45例)和B组(45例),对A组患者进行常规护理干预,对B组患者进行人性化护理,然后对比两组患者的在护理前后的血压控制状况。结果:A、B两组患者在护理之前的舒张压和收缩压没有显著差异,P>0.05。A、B两组患者在护理之后的舒张压和收缩压明显低于护理之前,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。B组患者护理之后的舒张压和收缩压明显低于A组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:人性化护理在老年高血压患者护理中有着非常优越的应用效果,通过人性化护理干预,能够使得年高血压患者的血压得到良好的控制,非常有利于促进患者恢复健康,因此可以将其进行临床推广应用。
