摘要
目的:探讨微信功能在临床精神科护理管理中的作用。方法:比较微信平台应用前后护理工作知晓率、护理问题重复发生率、护理质量综合评分的差异。结果:护理质量较前明显提高,各项护理工作的知晓率由应用前的59.6%上升到91.3%,护理问题重复发生率由应用前31.25%下降到20%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理质量综合评分由应用前的96分上升到98.5分。结论:应用微信功能辅助临床精神科进行护理管理可提高护理质量持续改进效率和效果,激发护理人员业务学习的积极性,提高护理人员的整体素质。
Objective: discuss the We Chat function in the role of clinical psychiatric nursing management. Method: compare We Chat platform application awareness, nursing care before and after repeated incidence, and the differences between the nursing quality comprehensive score. Result: the nursing quality is obviously improved, the nursing of witting rate rose to 91.3% from 59.6%, and the nursing problems repetition rate declined from 31.25% to 20%. significant(P < 0.05). The nursing quality comprehensive score rose from 96 to 98.5 points. Conclusion: assisting the clinical psychiatric nursing management with the We Chat function can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the nursing quality continuously, motivate the learning desire of nursing staff.and improve the whole quality of nursing staff.
