综合护理对缓解四肢骨折术后疼痛的效果分析

目的:分析综合护理对四肢骨折术后疼痛的缓解效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2017年2月由于四肢骨折接受手术的患者127例,随机分为普通护理组及综合护理组,分别接受普通护理及综合护理,比较分析两组患者术后1-4天的疼痛程度,以及患者对护理的满意度。结果:综合护理显著降低患者术后1-4天的疼痛程度,并提高患者对护理的满意度。结论:综合护理对缓解四肢骨折患者术后的疼痛有积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the postoperative pain in patients with limb fractures. Methods: 127 cases of patient with limb fractures received surgery collected from Jan. 2016 to Feb. 2017 were randomly divided into normal nursing group and comprehensive group, in which they received normal nursing and comprehensive nursing, respectively. The pain intensity within 4 days after surgery and the satisfaction of nursing were then compared between these two groups. Results: Patients received comprehensive nursing reflected significantly reduced the pain intensity, and improved satisfaction of nursing. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing is worthy to promote in clinical, as it showed positive effects on releasing the pain intensity in patients with limb fracture and received surgery.
