老年性脑梗死护理中优质护理服务的应用分析

目的:探讨老年性脑梗死护理中优质护理服务的应用效果。方法:选取本院2014年5月-2017年5月间收治的老年性脑梗死患者97例,依据随机分配的方式,将48例患者划分为对照组,行常规护理服务;49例患者划分为实验组,行优质护理服务,对比分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果:实验组患者临床护理满意度为97.96%、NIHSS评分为3.23±0.18、Fugl-Meyer评分为3.22±1.05、Barthel指数评分为30.56±11.63,各项数据均优于对照组患者,即两组患者各数据间对比存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死患者护理中,可促进临床护理满意度的提升,降低患者NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分等指标,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: to discuss the application of quality care services in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Selection methods: our hospital between May 2014-May 2017 treated 97 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients, on the basis of random distribution way, 48 patients were divided into control group, routine nursing service; Forty-nine patients were divided into the experimental group and the quality care service, compared to the clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results: the clinical nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.96%, NIHSS score was 3.23±0.18, Fugl-Meyer score was 3.22±1.05, the Barthel index score was 30.56±11.63, the data are better than the control group patients, the contrast between two groups of patients with various data differences, statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing service in nursing patients with senile cerebral infarction, can promote the ascension of clinical nursing satisfaction, reduce the patients’ NIHSS score, Fugl-indices such as Meyer score, the Barthel index score, clinical popularization value.
