优质护理在神经内科开展的效果分析

目的:探讨分析优质护理在神经内科的临床应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院神经内科开展优质护理服务后的70例患者作为试验组,同时选取2014年1月-2015年1月我院神经内科开展优质护理服务前的70例患者作为对照组。对照组患者仅接受医院的常规护理,主要包括常规诊疗护理、健康教育、各项生活注意事项等。试验组患者在常规护理的基础上接受优质护理服务。护理结束后调查患者或家属对护理服务的满意度。结果:试验组患者或家属总满意度为98.57%,对照组患者或家属总满意度为74.29%,试验组总满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者和家属对优质护理服务呈肯定态度,优质护理服务可以有效提高护理服务质量,临床效果良好,值得推广。

objective: to study the analysis of quality of nursing in neurology clinical application effect. Conclusion: the patient and family sure for the quality of nursing service attitude, high quality nursing service can effectively improve the quality of nursing service, clinical effect is good, is worth promoting.
