专业学位与学术学位研究生人际关系特点的比较研究

摘要 目的:比较专业学位与学术学位研究生的人际关系特点。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,抽取三所高校977名研究生为研究对象,采用人际关系综合诊断量表(Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale,ICDS)、交往焦虑量表(Interaction Anxiousness Seale,IAS)、人际交往能力问卷(Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire, ICQ),对研究生进行人际关系困扰、交往焦虑和人际交往能力测评与分析。结果:(1)研究生存在人际困扰有543名(55.6%),其中轻度困扰376名(38.5%),中度困扰160名(16.4%),重度困扰7名(0.7%)。(2)专业学位研究生人际交谈困扰、待人接物困扰因子得分及总分显著高于学术学位研究生(P<0.05)。(3)专业学位研究生人际交往情感支持因子得分显著低于学术学位研究生(P<0.01)。结论:专业学位研究生人际困惑多余学术学位研究生,人际交往能力较差,应重视专业学位研究生的心理健康教育与管理。 Objective: To explore the interpersonal relationship of professional and academic graduate students. Methods: 977 graduate students from 3 different universities were selected as subjects by cluster sampling. Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale(ICDS), Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS) and Interpersonal skills Questionnaire(ICQ) were applied to assess interpersonal relationship of the graduates in order. Results: There were 543(55.6%) graduates have interpersonal(1)problems, among which,376(38.5%) graduates had severe problems, 160(16.4%) graduates had moderate problems and 7(0.7%) graduates had serious problems.(2)Professional degree graduates’ interpersonal conversation distress factor scores, the way of getting along with people factor scores and total scores were significantly higher than those of academic degree graduates(P<0.05).(3) Professional degree graduates’ emotional support factor scores were significantly lower than those of academic degree graduates(P<0.01).Conclusion: Professional degree graduates had more interpersonal problems and weaker interaction abilities than academic graduates. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the professional graduates.
