2010-2015年富阳市女性肿瘤发病情况分析

目的:通过调查了解浙江省富阳市女性主要恶性肿瘤发病率趋势及流行病学特点,为该地区女性恶性肿瘤的防治提供相应的科学依据。方法:依据富阳市2010-2015年女性肿瘤诊断报告登记资料收集富阳市女性恶性肿瘤发病数据进行流行病学分析。结果:2010-2015年富阳市共报道女性恶性肿瘤2191例,年发病率在88/10万-113/10万之间波动,在2012年(141.66/10万),和2014年(132.31/10万)出现两个波峰,总体来看,2012年之后富阳市女性居民恶性肿瘤发病率呈下降趋势。农、林、牧、渔、水利业生产人员为主要发病人群(67.91%),发病年龄集中在45-55岁(33.86%)。发病人数最多的为乳腺癌(47.47%),其次为宫颈癌(27.20%)和子宫内膜癌(8.49%)。结论:富阳市女性恶性肿瘤发病率自2012年以来总体呈下降趋势,乳腺、宫颈和子宫内膜部位的恶性肿瘤发病风险较高。应针对富阳市女性恶性肿瘤的流行病学特征,采取综合性的预防措施,降低女性恶性肿瘤带来的危害。

Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the main female malignant tumors in Fuyang City in the recent years,explore the epidemic trend of female malignant tumors,and provide the suggestions for prevention and control of female malignant tumors in Fuyang City. Methods:An epidemiological analysis was performed to analyze the data of female malignant tumors cases in Fuyang City from 2010 to 2015,which were collected from the malignant tumor registration report management information system.Results: Totally 2191 female malignant tumor cases were reported in Fuyang City from 2010 to 2015.The Incidence of female malignant tumors was between 0.88‰ and 1.13‰.There were two peak in 2012(141.66/100000)and 2014(132.31/100000).The incidence rate showed a decreasing trend gradually since 2012. Most of patients were agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, water conservation, production personnel(67.91%)and the age was concentrated in 45 to 55 years old(33.86%); 47.47% of female malignant tumor cases were breast cancer, the second were cervical cancer(37.20%)and endometrial cancer(8.49%).Conclusion:The incidence rate showed a decreasing trend gradually after 2012. The incidence of breast cancer, cervical cancer and endometrial cancer were a little highter. It is necessary to take comprehensive preventive measures according to the epidemiological characteristics of female malignant tumors in Fuyang City to reduce the harm caused by female malignant tumors.
