维持性血液透析患者主动脉瓣、二尖瓣置换术病例报道及分析

目的:心血管疾病是慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的主要并发症,也是最主要死因^([1]),据统计:肾功能衰竭的患者行心脏手术后的病死率在50%以上,若为瓣膜置换术则病死率更高^([2])。
