化疗药物致口腔溃疡的治疗及护理进展

目的:比较综合护理和常规护理方案对发生口腔溃疡患者疾病恢复和治疗的护理效果,阐明两者应用价值。方法:选取80例白血病患者,40例为对照组,40例为观察组随机分配,所有患者均罹患口腔溃疡疾病,均接受紫外光线照射和苯扎氯胺雾化治疗,对照组应用常规护理方法,观察组应用综合护理模式,对两组患者进行对比。结果:在护理有效程度方面,观察组(90.0%)高于对照组(82.5%);在满意程度方面,观察组患者满意率(92.5%)高于对照组(77.5%)。结论:良好科学的护理方案能够促进患者口腔溃疡的治愈、保持口腔卫生的清洁,值得广泛推行。

Objective: To compare the effect of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing program on the recovery and treatment of patients with oral ulcer. Methods: 80 cases of leukemia patients, 40 patients in the control group, 40 cases were randomly assigned into observation group, all patients were diagnosed with oral ulcer disease, were treated with UV light irradiation and benzalkonium chloride atomization treatment, the control group used conventional nursing method, the observation group used comprehensive nursing mode, compared two groups of patients. Results: in the aspect of nursing effectiveness, the observation group(90%) was higher than the control group(82.5%). In the satisfaction degree, the satisfaction rate of the observation group(92.5%) was higher than that of the control group(77.5%). Conclusion: a good and scientific nursing program can promote the healing of oral ulcers and keep the oral hygiene clean. It is worthy of extensive implementation.
