摘要
目的:降低维持性血液透析患者心血管并发症。方法:本研究通过对维持性血液透析患者心血管并发症进行研究分析,设置心血管并发症情况查检表,把握患者并发症现状,拟定对策,制定整改措施,比较实施前后心血管事件发生率。结果:实施8个月后心血管发生率显著低于活动前(P<0.05)。结论:结论:采取质量控制能有效的降低维持性血液透析患者心血管并发症的发生。
Objective : To reduce the cardiovascular complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients: In this study, we investigated the cardiovascular complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients, set the cardiovascular complications checklist, grasp the status of complications of patients,(P <0.05).Conclusion: Quality control can effectively reduce the cardiovascular complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients. The incidence of cardiovascular events was significantly higher than that of patients before maintenance(P <0.05).Conclusion: Quality control can effectively reduce the cardiovascular complications The occurrence of patients to improve the quality of life
