百龙止咳合剂与舒利迭联合用于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床研究

目的:探索百龙止咳合剂与舒利迭联合用于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床效果。方法:随机选取本院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的124例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,每组各62例。对照组采用舒利迭进行治疗,研究组采用百龙止咳合剂+舒利迭进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的气道阻力测定情况。结果:在临床疗效和气道阻力测定方面,研究组明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:采用百龙止咳合剂联合舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,能够显著改善患者气道阻力状态,提高临床治疗有效率,值得推广。

Objective: to explore the clinical effect of baolong cough mixture combined with shulli in patients with cough variant asthma. Methods: a total of 124 patients with cough-variant asthma were randomly selected from July 2016 to July 2017, 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with shulli, and the team was treated with a hundred dragon cough mixture. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the airway resistance before and after treatment. Results: in the clinical efficacy and airway resistance measurement, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of cough variant asthma with the combination of 100 dragon cough mixture and suriam can significantly improve the state of airway resistance and improve clinical treatment efficiency and is worth promoting.
