42例腹腔镜下肝脏肿瘤切除术围手术期的护理对策及效果分析

目的:研究腹腔镜下肝脏肿瘤切除术围手术期的护理对策及效果。方法:此次研究所选择的基本对象为2015年11月-2017年1月来我院实施治疗的病患,共有42例,将他们按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为两组(A组与B组),给予A组的21例病患展开综合护理措施,给予B组的21例病患则展开常规护理措施,比较所有病患的整体护理情况。结果:比较A组与B组的护理满意情况,其中,A组病患的护理总满意度为100.00%,而B组为80.95%,差异显著,统计学有对比价值P<0.05。结论:对于行腹腔镜下肝脏肿瘤切除术的病患在围手术期间给予综合护理措施能够有效帮助病患提升生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To study the perioperative nursing strategy and effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver tumor. Methods: the research object selected for the November 2015-2017 year in January in our hospital treated patients, there were 42 cases, they will be in accordance with the order of admission were divided into two groups(A group and B group), A group received 21 cases of patients with comprehensive nursing measures, administration of B group 21 cases of patients, routine nursing measures, all patients overall nursing care. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the A group and the B group was compared. The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the A group was 100%, while that in the B group was 80.95%, and the difference was statistically significant, with a statistical value of P < 0.05. Conclusion: for patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver tumor, comprehensive care during perioperative period can effectively help patients improve their quality of life, and is of clinical value.
