罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产麻醉的临床效果研究

目的:对剖宫产应用罗哌卡因符合舒芬太尼麻醉的效果进行探讨。方法:选取行剖宫产的患者共86例,对两组麻醉起效时间、麻醉镇痛时间、舒张压、收缩压、心率及不良反应发生率进行对比,总结临床用药经验。结果:观察组的麻醉起效时间和镇痛维持时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药后的舒张压、收缩压及心率均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为4.64%,对照组为20.93%(P<0.05)。结论:为了降低患者手术疼痛程度,保证手术顺利进行,建议临床对剖宫产患者实施罗哌卡因符合舒芬太尼麻醉。

Objective: application of cesarean delivery, pp paid in accordance with the effect of sufentanil anesthesia were discussed. Line selection methods: a total of 86 cases of patients with cesarean section, effect of two groups of anesthesia, anesthesia analgesic time, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and compared the incidence of adverse reactions, sum up the experiences of clinical drug use. Results: the observation group of anesthesia and analgesia to maintain time are better than the control group(P < 0.05). Observation group of diastolic and systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the medicine were better than control group(P < 0.05), the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.64%, control group was 20.93%(P < 0.05). Conclusion: in order to reduce the patients pain degree, ensure the operation smoothly, advice on cesarean section patients clinical ROM pp paid in accordance with sufentanil anesthesia.
