真菌球型鼻窦炎临床特征分析

目的:探讨真菌球型鼻窦炎(FRS)发病在性别、年龄的分布及临床特点、辅助检查特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析经过完整的临床诊治记录并经病理证实的76例真菌球型鼻窦炎病例。结果:真菌球型鼻窦炎在年龄、性别分布存在明显差异,临床症状的出现率较高;鼻内镜检查解剖异常等情况较多;CT诊断率与病理确诊的符合度很高。结论:真菌球型鼻窦炎多见与41-60岁女性人群,发病于解剖异常具有显著相关性,CT评估对诊断、治疗均具有重要价值。
