甲状腺肿块通过超声鉴别诊断的效果观察

目的:探讨甲状腺肿块通过超声鉴别诊断的效果。方法:研究我院2013年7月至2015年12月期间收治的150例甲状腺肿块患者,先后进行超声诊断与术后病理检验,分析诊断方式的效果差异。结果:以病理诊断结果为标准,超声诊断的符合率为82.7%,其中甲状腺癌诊出率为97.1%,结节性甲状腺肿诊出率为91.67%,甲状腺腺瘤为94.7%,结节性甲状腺肿合并腺瘤诊出率为5.2%,囊肿诊出率为86.7%。结论:相较于病理诊断的金标准而言,超声诊断的准确性具有临床实用价值,诊出率较高,有助于临床早期治疗。

Objective: To investigate the differential diagnosis of thyroid by ultrasound results. Methods: 150 cases of thyroid hospital patients, has conducted ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic examination. Results: The results of standard and pathological diagnosis, ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 82.7% in the diagnosis rate of thyroid cancer was 97.1%, nodular goiter was 91.67%, 94.7% of thyroid adenoma, nodular thyroid swollen merger adenoma is 5.2%, 86.7% cyst. Conclusion: Compared to the pathological diagnosis of the gold standard, the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis have clinical value, diagnosed rate is relatively high.
