小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入在小儿哮喘患者中的疗效观察

目的:探讨小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入在小儿哮喘患者中的疗效观察。方法:将我院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的小儿哮喘患者124例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,对照组患儿使用常规全身糖皮质激素方法治疗,研究组患儿使用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入方法治疗。比较两组患儿肺功能改善及临床效果。结果:研究组患儿临床治疗总效率显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05),肺功能Paw、Gaw水平,两组治疗后均有所改善,研究组患儿改善效果显著优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:小儿哮喘患者临床治疗使用小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德,可以有效的降低患儿的Raw,提升Gaw,将患儿肺功能改善,保证患儿在长时间处于较为稳定情况,应当在临床中广泛应用。

Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of small dose of glucocorticoid budesonide in children with asthma. Methods:will be in May of 2016-2017 at the records of 124 cases of pediatric asthma may as the research object, according to the divided into control group and treatment group, control group using conventional systemic glucocorticoid treatment in children with, team with budesonide using small doses of glucocorticoids inhalation therapy. The improvement of lung function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results:the team with the clinical treatment of children with total efficiency is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05), lung function Paw and Gaw level, two groups were improved after treatment, children with team to improve children effect is significantly better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:clinical pediatric asthma treatment using small doses of corticosteroids budesonide, can effectively reduce the patient’s Raw, enhance Gaw, children will improve lung function, ensure a stable situation of children in a long time, should be widely used in clinical.
