个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响分析

目的:探讨个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:此次研究所选择的基本对象为2016年1月-2017年5月来我院实施治疗的病患,共有58例,将他们按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为两组(A组与B组),给予B组的29例病患实施常规护理,给予A组的29例病患在常规护理的基础上实施个性化护理,比较所有病患的护理满意度以及生活质量等各项指标之间的差异。结果:对比两组病患的护理满意度,A组高于B组,A组为96.55%,B组为79.31%,差异显著,统计学有对比价值P<0.05。结论:个性化护理运用于放化疗肺癌病患的治疗中能够帮助病患提升整体的护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore the influence of individualized nursing on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion: individualized care can be used in the treatment of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and can help patients to improve the overall satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of clinical use.
