探讨人文关怀在肝病护理中的应用效果

目的:探讨人文关怀在肝病护理中的应用效果,为肝病的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:在2012年5月至2016年12月以本院收治的80例肝病患者为研究对象,平均分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组施加常规的护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上施加人文关怀的护理方式,比较分析两组患者在采用两种治疗方式治疗后的临床治愈效果,主要评价指标是两组患者对肝病护理方式的满意度。结果:研究结果显示观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组,观察组患者抑郁、焦虑量表评分明显优于对照组,两组患者资料差异比较,P<0.05,差异显示具有统计学意义。这说明观察组中患者对护理方式的满意度要远远高于对照组中患者对护理方式的满意度。结论:对肝病患者在常规护理的基础上施加人文关怀的护理方式有助于提高患者的临床治愈率,促进患者的身体康复,可以考虑临床推广使用。

Objective:to explore the application of humanistic care in liver disease care effect, provides reference for the clinical treatment of liver disease.Method:in May 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital were analyzed in 80 cases of liver disease patients as the research object, the average divided into observation group and control group, the control group on routine nursing care, observation group in the control group on the basis of applying humanism care, compared two groups of patients in the two kinds of the clinical cure effect of treatment after treatment, the main evaluation index are two groups of patients with respect to the manner of liver disease nursing satisfaction.Results:the results showed that observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care was better than control group, observation group of patients with depression, anxiety scale score was better than control group, two groups of patients data difference, P < 0.05, showed statistically significant differences.This suggests that the patients in observation group with respect to the manner of nursing satisfaction is far higher than the control group with respect to the manner of nursing care of patients satisfaction.Conclusion:on the basis of conventional nursing in patients with liver disease applying humanistic care nursing way to improve the clinical cure rate of patients, promote the recovery of the patient’s body, can consider to use clinical promotion.
