全面护理干预在脑供血不足型头晕患者中的应用

目的:探讨全面护理干预在脑供血不足型头晕患者中的临床效果;方法:选取我院2015年3月-2017年1月收治的脑供血不足型头晕患者150例为研究对象,比较两组患者的头晕发病频率、每次持续时间,患者的心理状态和护理满意度;结果:护理后观察组患者发生频率和持续时间显著少于对照组,护理后观察组患者HAMA和HAMD评分显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:脑供血不足型头晕实施全面护理可有效减少头晕发生频率,减少发病持续时间,改善患者的心理状态,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:to evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with dizziness brain type of clinical effect;Selection methods:select our hospital in March 2015-January 2017, 150 patients with dizziness brain type as the research object, compared two groups of patients with dizziness, frequency, time duration, the patient’s psychological state and nursing satisfaction;Results:after nursing, the observation group of patients the frequency and duration is significantly less than the control group and observation group after nursing patients with HAMA and HAMD scores was significantly lower than the control group and observation group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05;Conclusion:implement comprehensive nursing dizzy brain type frequency can effectively reduce dizziness, to reduce the duration of the disease, improve the patient’s mental state, is worthy of reference for clinical.
