从躯体疾病分析住院精神分裂患者的个性化护理疗效

目的:从高血压、2型糖尿病、高脂血症及心电图ST段、T波改变发病率,了解住院精神分裂患者优质护理疗效。方法:选择2005年至2016年在我院长期(5年以上)住院的精神分裂患者1233人,住院期间依据患者具体情况予以个性化心理认知教育、饮食控制、生活方式干预、娱乐治疗等护理,入院时检查和5年后的检查进行比较,对两次高血压、2型糖尿病、高脂血症、心电图ST段、T波改变患病率进行调查统计,使用卡方检验进行统计学分析,p<0.05有统计学意义。结果:通过个性化优质护理,住院5年以上精神分裂患者上述疾病患病率低于入院时未进行干预时的患病率。结论:从躯体疾病的发病率降低,判定个性化优质护理是可以使患者以良好的心态积极配合治疗。
