光动力治疗56例中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜疾病护理探究

目的:分析有效的护理对光动力治疗56例中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜疾病的重要意义。方法:回顾性分析我院56例中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜疾病患者护理措施。统计其治疗结果及护理满意度。结果:92.86%患者治疗有效;总护理满意度96.43%。56例CECP患者视力功能明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:结论:光动力可以有效的改善患者视力情况,提高患者视力水平,加用有效的护理措施,能辅助治疗效果。

Objective: to analyze the significance of effective nursing care for 56 patients with central exudative choroidal diseases treated by photodynamic therapy. Methods: the nursing measures of 56 patients with central exudative choroidal retinopathy were analyzed retrospectively. The treatment outcome and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed. Results: 92.86% of the patients were treated effectively, and the total nursing satisfaction was 96.43%. The visual function of 56 patients with CECP was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: photodynamic therapy can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients, improve the visual acuity of patients, and effective nursing measures can be used to assist the treatment effect.
