非透明贴膜在深静脉置管护理中的使用效果观察

目的:探讨非透明贴膜在术后深静脉置管护理中的使用效果。方法:选取2015年2月到2016年2月期间我院收治得深静脉置管患者100例作为研究对象,其中男性患者43例,女性患者57例,年龄分布在45到92岁期间,平均年龄67岁。为保证研究结果的真实性和客观性,将其随机分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,平均每组50人。对照组使用透明贴膜,观察组使用非透明贴膜,分析比较两组患者在术后深静脉置管期间的局部感染和过敏情况,以及主观舒适度。结果:相较于对照组来说,观察组患者局部感染和过敏发生率明显较低,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;在主观舒适度方面观察足也明显优于对照组。结论:在患者实施深静脉置管期间使用非透明贴膜,可有效减少局部感染和过敏的发生率,同时也能提高患者的舒适度,保证治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To investigate the effect of non transparent film in the nursing of deep vein catheterization. Methods: from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital have deep venous catheter in 100 patients as the research object, including 43 cases of male patients, 57 female patients, the age distribution in 45 to 92 years, with an average age of 67 years. In order to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the results, they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with an average of each group of 50 people. The control group was treated with the transparent film, the observation group was treated with non transparent film, and the local infection and allergy in two groups of patients during the deep vein catheterization were analyzed and compared. Results: compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), which was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: the use of non transparent film during the patients with deep venous catheter, can effectively reduce the local infection and the incidence of allergy, but also can improve the comfort of patients, ensure the treatment effect, has clinical value.
