神经外科侧卧手术后体位皮肤压疮的护理干预分析

目的:分析和探讨神经外科侧卧手术后体位皮肤压疮患者的临床护理干预方法及效果。方法:随机选择2015年04月～2017年04月期间,在我院神经外科进行侧卧手术治疗的患者614例,按照抽签法进行平均分组,即对照组307例,采用常规护理进行体位皮肤压疮护理;观察组307例,采用综合护理进行体位皮肤压疮护理。并就两组患者的皮肤压疮情况以及治疗效果进行对比、分析和统计。结果:果:统计学比较显示,观察组患者的压疮发生率(28.99%)以及临床治疗总有效率(98.88%)均明显优于对照组患者(49.19%,78.81%),组间对比的差异性明显(P<0.05),具有一定的统计学意义。结论:结论:采用综合护理对神经外科侧卧手术患者实施体位皮肤压疮护理,能够有效降低压疮的发生率,且对已发生压疮患者的伤口愈合有良好的促进作用,提高患者的临床护理效果。

Objective: to analyze and discuss the clinical nursing intervention method and effect of the decubitus decubitus surgery patients in the side position of Department of neurosurgery. Methods: during the period of 2017 04 months were randomly selected for 04 months to 2015, 614 cases of lateral surgical treatment of patients in the Department of neurosurgery in our hospital, divided according to the drawing method, namely the control group of 307 cases, using conventional nursing posture of bedsore nursing; the observation group of 307 cases, the comprehensive nursing position of bedsore nursing. The two groups of patients with skin pressure sores and treatment effects were compared, analyzed and statistically. Results: statistical comparison showed that the observation group of patients with pressure ulcer incidence(28.99%) and clinical treatment efficiency(98.88%) was significantly better than the control group(49.19%, 78.81%), the differences between the two groups of significantly(P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing care of patients with skin ulcer implement posture can effectively reduce the lateral surgical department of Neurosurgery, the incidence of pressure sores, and the pressure ulcer in patients with wound healing have a good role in promoting, improve the effect of clinical nursing of patients.
