持续质量改进对产科护理质量管理的影响

目的:本文对产科采取持续质量改进对护理质量管理产生的影响进行了分析。方法:本文选取2016年1月—2017年1月到医院接受治疗的280例产妇为研究对象,将其设定为观察组;随后选取2016年1月前的280例产妇设定为对照组,对两组患者的护理满意度和护理缺陷进行对比分析。结果:通过对两组护理满意度对比分析,观察组以96.75%的护理满意度高于对照组的82.91%,存在差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);另外,分析两组的护理缺陷得分,其观察组的得分要明显的低于对照组,存在差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在产科护理中采用持续质量改进能够使护理质量得到显著的提升,有助于缓解产妇心理和生理的压力,提高护理满意度,在临床治疗和护理中值得推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of continuous quality improvement on nursing quality management in obstetrical department. Methods: We selected 280 cases of pregnant women from January 2016 to January 2017 to the hospital for treatment as the research object, the setting for the observation group; then 280 cases before January 2016 were set as control group, comparative analysis of the nursing satisfaction and defects of the two groups of patients. Results:through the analysis of the two groups of nursing satisfaction comparison, observation group on nursing satisfaction of 96.75% higher than 82.91% in the control group, with statistically significant differences(p<0.05); in addition, the analysis of nursing defects score of two groups, the observation group scored significantly lower than the control group, there was statistically significant difference(p<0.05). Conclusion:the use of continuous quality improvement in obstetrical nursing can make the nursing quality was significantly improved, helps relieve maternal psychological and physiological pressure, improve nursing satisfaction, is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment and nursing care.
