个性化护理在急性脊髓炎患者护理中的应用分析

目的:探讨个性护理在急性脊髓炎患者中应用的临床效果;方法:选取我院2015年2月-2017年2月收治的急性骨髓炎患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者的护理满意度和生活质量;结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,观察组自理能力、自我认同度、身体健康状况和心理状况评分显著高于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:急性脊髓炎患者通过个性护理,住院期间多方面满足患者的需求,提高了患者的护理满意度和生活质量,值得借鉴。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing in patients with acute myelitis. Methods:90 cases of acute osteomyelitis treated by our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects, and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:the nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with P < 0.05. Conclusion:patients with acute myelitis can meet the needs of patients through personalized nursing, and improve their nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
