护生自评式教学模式在神经内科监护室教学中的应用及效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨护生自评式教学模式在神经内科监护室教学中的效果;方法:选取我院神经内科监护室2015年2月-2017年2月入科实习的护理专业学生60例为研究对象,比较两组学员的出科考核成绩和对带教老师的护理满意度;结果:观察组护生的理论知识、基础操作和专科操作考核成绩显著高于对照组,且对带教老师的满意度也高于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:自评式带教模式在神经内科监护室护生的教学中可发挥护生的主观能动性,显著提高出科考核成绩,同时还可督促带教老师学习,提高教学质量,值得借鉴。 Objective:to investigate the nursing students of self-reported type teaching mode in the teaching of neurology ICU effect; Methods:select our hospital neurology ICU in February 2015-February 2017 income families practice nursing students of 60 cases as the research object, compared two groups of students is given the inspection results and nursing satisfaction of teaching teachers; Results:observation group nursing students theoretical knowledge, basic operation and specialized operation assessment score is significantly higher than the control group, and also for the teaching of the teacher’s satisfaction is higher than the control group, P < 0.05;Conclusion:self-reported type teaching mode in neurology ICU teaching of nursing students in nursing students subjective initiative into full play, improve given examination result, at the same time also can supervise the teaching teacher learning, improve teaching quality, is worth using for reference.
