开角型青光眼患者行EX-PRESS引流钉植入术围手术期护理

目的:探讨开角型青光眼患者行EX-PRESS引流钉植入术围手术期护理措施。方法:对14例(15只眼)行EX-PRESS引流钉植入手术的青光眼患者进行有针对性的术前宣教、细致的术中指导、密切的术后观察,以及出院指导和随访。结果:12例患者均治愈出院,出院时眼压均在正常范围,视力与术前相比无明显降低。结论 :EX-PRESS引流钉植入术是治疗开角型青光眼的一种有效手段,科学有效的围手术期护理有助于提高患者对青光眼的认识,对术式的理解及对随访的依从性,从而提高手术成功率。

Objective:to explore the nursing measures of EX-PRESS drainage nail implantation in open-angle glaucoma patients. Methods: 14 patients(15 eyes) EX-PRESS drainage nail implant surgery of glaucoma patients targeted preoperative education, careful intraoperative guidance and close postoperative oe cured and discharged, and the intraocular pressure was in normal range when discharged, and the vision was not significantly reduced compared with the preoperative time. Conclusion: the EX-PRE improve the understanding of glaucoma patients, understanding of procedure and adherence to follow-up, so as to improve the success rate of surgery.
