临床护理路径在高度近视行ICL植入术患者的应用效果评价

目的:探讨临床护理路径在高度近视行ICL植入术患者的应用效果。方法:选择2012年8月—2013年10月我科56例高度近视眼患者,将2012年8月至12月住院患者27例设为对照组,将2013年1月至10月实施临床护理路径的29例患者设为观察组。比较两组平均住院日、住院费用、患者满意度、并发症发生情况等指标。结果:观察组平均住院日、住院费用、并发症少于对照组(p<0.05),观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:。结论:结论:临床护理路径在高度近视行ICL植入术患者的应用,能缩短患者的住院时间,降低住院费用,提高患者满意度,值得护理工作中推广应用。

Objective: to investigate tay in patients with high myopia do ICL implantation of application effect.Methods: in October 2012 and August 2012-I division of 56 myopia, will be in August 2012 to December, 27 cases of hospitalized patients with set as control group, will be implemented from January to October 2013 in 29 cases of clinical nursing pses, less than the control group(p < 0.05), the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: cldo ICL implantation in high myo\ten the hospitalization time of patients and reduce the hospitalization expenses, improve patient satisfaction, is worth popularization and application in nursing work.
