白血病化疗后血小板减少症的临床特点及个性化护理体会

目的:探讨白血病化疗后血小板减少症的临床特点及个性化护理的临床效果;方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年4月血液科收治的白血病患者60例为研究对象,比较两组患者血小板相关指标、心理状况、并发症发生率;结果:观察组患者血小板相关指标和心理状况显著优于对照组,口腔和肛周感染率显著低于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:个性护理用于白血病化疗患者,可降低血小板保持低水平时间,提高血小板提升速度,减少并发症发生率,改善患者的心理状态,有利于临床预后,值得借鉴。

objective:to investigate the clinical characteristics of leukemia thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy and the clinical effect of personalized care; Methods:select our hospital in March 2015-April 2016 onset of 60 patients with leukemia as the research object, compared two groups of patients with platelet related indicators, psychological status and incidence of complications; Results:observation group is better than that of control group significantly related parameters of platelet and psychological situation of patient, the oral cavity and crissum infection rate was significantly lower than the control group, P < 0.05;Conclusion:nursing for leukemia patients with chemotherapy, personality can reduce platelet remain low time, increase the platelet speed, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patient’s mental state, be helpful for clinical outcomes, is worth using for reference.
