围术期优质护理配合心理护理干预在脑出血患者中的应用

目的:探讨围术期优质护理配合心理护理干预在脑出血患者中的应用效果;方法:选取我院2015年1月-2017年3月行手术治疗的脑出血患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者围手术期的相关指标:手术时间、住院时时间、引流量,患者满意度和护理质量;结果:两组患者围手术期相关指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者护理满意度和护理质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:脑出血患者实施优质护理配合心理护理可显著提高患者对护理工作的认可度,可促进护理质量的提升,有利于患者的临床预后和护理工作的改善,值得借鉴。

objective:to explore the perioperative nursing care quality with the application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage effect;Selection methods: from January 2015 to March 2017, 90 cases of surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object, compared two groups of patients with perioperative related indicators: operation time, hospitalization time, traffic, patient satisfaction and quality of care;Results:two groups of patients with perioperative relevant indicators no statistical difference(P > 0.05), the observation group of patients nursing satisfaction and quality significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05);Conclusions:Cerebral hemorrhage patients with psychological quality nursing care can significantly improve the recognition of patients to nursing work, can promote the ascension of nursing quality, beneficial to the improvement of the clinical prognosis of patients and the nursing work, is worth using for reference.
