深入社区服务保障军休干部模式的探索与思考

军休干部作为一个老年特殊群体,退休后从部队整体移交到地方保障,如何提供更好的医疗保障服务,一直是值得军队和地方思考的重点、难点问题。解放军某三甲医院于2008年9月1日优先成立第二门诊医疗团队,为军休干部提供医疗到家服务,探索保障医疗新模式,给他们居家养老、及时就医、健康指导等提供有力服务保障。

The retired military cadres is a special group of elderly. They retired from the army,and handed over to the local.How to solve their medical service support,it has been an important and difficult problem.In order to improve the retirees’ medical and health care,implement the party’s and the state’s health policies and provide high-quality,efficient medical services for the retirees,we founded a second outpatient medical team in 2008.This medical team specializes in providing on-site medical services to the retirees,giving them home-based care,timely medical treatment,health guidance and other effective services.
