厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的临床分析

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的应用方法和临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的60例慢性充血性心衰患者,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,每组有患者30例,其中观察组所接受的治疗措施为常规治疗基础上加以厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组则为单纯常规治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在治疗有效率、心功能及左室射血分数指标的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对慢性充血性心衰患者实施厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗具有显著的临床效果,能有效改善患者的各种不良症状,临床应加以重视并推广。
