门诊高血压病患者中循证护理的应用探析

目的:分析在门诊高血压患者中实施循证护理方案的作用,探析循证护理方案的应用价值。方法:选取我院接收的高血压患者80例作为研究对象,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,为患者制定科学合理的治疗方案,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组护理方案为循证护理,比较两组患者服药依从性、治疗前后情绪变化情况和血压改善情况。结果:从治疗依从性上分析,观察组患者的总体依从性明显高于对照组;从患者情绪变化和血压变化情况分析,两组患者均有所改善,但是观察组患者的改善幅度更大;P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:循证护理效果显著,能够有效提高患者的服药依从性,缓解患者的不良的心理情绪,降低患者的血压,有利于保障患者的生理和心理健康;临床应用价值高。

Objective: to analyze the implementation of evidence-based nursing in the clinic patients with high blood pressure solution, discusses the application value of the evidence-based nursing program.Methods: choose 80 cases of hypertension patients receiving in our as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, establish scientific and reasonable treatment, for patients with the control group, routine nursing for the observation group care plan for evidence-based nursing, compare two groups of patients’ medication compliance, change of the mood and the blood pressure before and after treatment.Results: from the analysis on treatment adherence, overall compliance in patients with observation group was obviously higher than that of control group;From a patient’s mood changes and blood pressure change situation analysis, two groups of patients were improved, but the observation group of patients improve amplitude is bigger;P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion: evidence-based nursing effect significantly, can effectively improve the patients’ medication adherence, relieve the patient’s bad psychological emotions, reduce the patient’s blood pressure, is conducive to protect the patient’s physical and mental health;High clinical value.
