规范化质量管理来提高体检满意度的实践与体会 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过规范化质量管理提高体检效率和体检者的满意度。方法:重视基础质量管理;加强环节质量管理;严格质量评估;持续质量改进;加强人才建设;优化服务流程;优化了硬件设施与体检环境,完善了健康体检的质量管理环节;结果:常规体检组平均每天体检时间为(4.2±0.6)h,质量规范化体检组平均每天体检时间为(3.1±0.3)h.规范化体检组的平均体检时间明显缩短(P<0.01),体检者满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论:规范化的健康体检质量管理,是节省时间提升体检满意度有效途径。 Objective:to improve the efficiency of physical examination and the satisfaction of physical examination by standardized quality management. Methods:attach importance to basic quality management; Strengthening link quality management; Strict quality assessment; Continuous quality improvement; Strengthen talent construction; Optimize service flow; Optimize the hardware facilities and medical environment, Improve the quality management of health examination; Results:the average physical examination time was 4.2(+ 0.6) h, The average time of physical examination was 3.1 days(H. = + 0.3). The average time of physical examination was significantly shorter(P<0.01), and the satisfaction of physical examination(P<0.01) was increased. Conclusion:standardized health examination quality management is an effective way to save time and improve physical examination satisfaction.
