应用急救情景模拟演练提高产科病房低年资护士的急救能力

目的:观察应用急救情景模拟演练对产科病房低年资护士急救能力的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月产科病房新进48例低年资护士为本次实验研究对象,比较我院产科低年资护士急救情景模拟演练前后理论知识、临床操作技能以及应急能力变化情况以及患者对临床急救护理水平满意度。结果:急救情景模拟演练前、后产科低年资护士理论知识、临床操作技能、应急能力得分和护理满意度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对产科低年资护士进行急救情景模拟演练能有效提高临床操作技能、应急能力,促进护患关系的和谐发展具有重要意义。

objective: to observe the effect of emergency scenario simulation exercises on first-aid ability of nurses in maternity wards. Methods:select our hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 maternity ward new 48 cases of low qualification nurses as the research object, this experiment to compare our hospital obstetrics low qualification nurses before and after the emergency situation simulation exercises theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and emergency ability of clinical emergency nursing level and the changes of patients satisfaction. Results: there was a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills, emergency ability score and nursing satisfaction of the nurses before and after the rehearsal of the first aid scenario(P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is of great significance to improve the clinical operation skills and emergency ability and promote the harmonious development of nursing relationship.
