流程优化在缩短眼科门诊手术病人等待时间中的应用

目的:探讨流程优化在缩短眼科门诊手术病人等候时间中的应用。方法:将眼科门诊手术病人等候手术中存在的问题进行分析后,优化门诊手术就诊流程、交费流程、引进志愿者服务,并对流程优化前后的病人满意度进行调查比较。结果:病人手术等待时间由优化流程前的50.02±10.01缩短至25.03±5.02,满意度从91.67%提升到98.33%。结论:就诊流程、交费流程的优化及引进志愿者服务,不仅缩短了眼科门诊手术病人等待时间,而且提高了病人的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application of process optimization in shortening the waiting time of patients in ophthalmology clinic. Methods :the patients were outpatient surgery waiting for surgery in the analysis of existing problems, optimize the outpatient surgery treatment process, payment process, the introduction of volunteer service, and the process of patient satisfaction before and after optimization were compared. Results:the waiting time of the patients was shortened to 25.03 + 10.01 from 50.02 to 5.02 before the optimization process, and the satisfaction was increased from 91.67% to 98.33%. Conclusion:the process of visiting patients, the optimization of payment procedure and the introduction of volunteer service not only shorten the waiting time of patients in ophthalmology clinic, but also improve the satisfaction of patients.
