MSCT在直肠癌术前分期误判分析

目的:对MSCT(多层螺旋CT)在直肠癌术前分期误判原因分析。方法:选择35例经手术病理确诊直肠癌患者的CT表现,评估CT在直肠癌诊断和病理分期一致性。结果:35例直肠癌患者螺旋CT术前T分期准确率分别为:T1-T2期36.4%(4/11),T3期78.9%(15/19),T4期100%(5/5)。结论结论:直肠癌MSCT术前分期与病理分期有较高一致性,正确认识常见误判原因有利于临床治疗方案选择。

Objective:analysis of MSCT in the preoperative staging of rectal cancer.Methods:35 cases of false performance confirmed by surgery and pathology in patients with rectal cancer CT, assessment of CT staging in rectal cancer and the pathological diagnosis is consistent. Results:35 cases of rectal cancer patients with spiral CT in preoperative T staging accuracy was 36.4%(4/11): T1-T2, T3 78.9%(15/19), T4 100%(5/5,). Conclusion:the MSCT preoperative staging and pathological staging have a higher consistency, a correct understanding of the common causes of miscarriage of justice is conducive to the selection of clinical treatment.
