高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)用于临床子宫肌瘤治疗效果

目的:观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)用于临床子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的138例子宫肌瘤患者,按照治疗方式不同将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组给予常规子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,实验组给予高强度聚焦超声,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:在临床治愈率以及不良反应发生率方面,观察组均优于对照组,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于子宫肌瘤患者给予高强度聚焦超声治疗属于无创伤治疗,具有治疗安全系数高,操作简便等优点。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in clinical uterine fibroids. Methods: 138 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional uterine leiomyoma, The experimental group to give high-intensity focused ultrasound, compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results: The clinical cure rate and the incidence of adverse reactions, the observation group were better than the control group, the two groups of data were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: High intensity focused ultrasound is a noninvasive treatment for patients with uterine fibroids. It has the advantages of high safety factor and simple operation.
