无痛人流麻醉护理中心理护理的应用分析

目的:探讨对行无痛人流患者进行术前麻醉时实施心理护理的方法和临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月我院收治的需行无痛人流手术的患者2000例,随机分成两组,对1000例对照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组1000例患者在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理,观察两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果:观察组患者在麻醉药物用量,术后苏醒时间、术后生命体征及护理满意度(90.0%;65.0%)的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对需行无痛人流手术的患者在术前麻醉中实施心理护理的疗效显著,且能显著提升患者在围手术期的舒适程度,值得临床进行推广。

Objective: To explore the method and clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with painless induced abortion. Methods: 2000 patients were selected from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital underwent painless surgery, were randomly divided into two groups, 1000 patients in control group were given routine nursing, 1000 patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing psychological nursing, treatment and nursing observation of the two groups of patients. Results: in the observation group, the amount of anesthesia medication, postoperative recovery time, postoperative vital signs and nursing satisfaction(90%; 65%) were significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion: the patients with painless induced abortion operation in preoperative anesthesia in the implementation of psychological care significantly, and can significantly enhance the comfort level of patients in perioperative period, it is worth clinical promotion.
