前置胎盘并发胎盘植入经腹彩色超声多普勒的诊断价值评价

目的:观察前置胎盘并发胎盘植入经腹彩色超声多普勒临床诊断价值。方法:前置胎盘并发胎盘植入产妇47例,所有产妇均经腹彩色超声多普勒检查。结果:47例产妇均为前置胎盘并发胎盘植入。而在经腹彩色超声多普勒临床诊断中,45例产妇为前置胎盘并发胎盘植入,准确率为95.74%;2例产妇诊断结果呈现假阴性,漏诊率为4.26%。结论:经腹彩色超声多普勒在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入临床诊断中,准确率高,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the diagnostic value of placenta previa complicated with placental implantation by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods: placenta previa and placenta accreta were implanted in 47 women, and all the women were examined by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography. Results: all the 47 cases were placenta previa and placenta accreta. In the clinical diagnosis of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography, 45 cases were placenta previa and placenta accreta, the accuracy rate was 95.74%. The diagnosis rate of 2 cases of women was false negative, and the rate of missed diagnosis was 4.26%. Conclusion: transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in placenta previa placenta implantation clinical diagnosis, high accuracy, worthy of clinical promotion.
