微创拔牙技术拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微创拔牙技术拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙术中的临床应用效果。方法:对90例患者的90颗下颌中、低位水平阻生的第三磨牙按就诊先后次序随机分为试验组(A组)和对照组(B组),A组病例采用微创拔牙技术拔牙,B组病例采用传统的高速涡轮牙钻法拔牙,比较2组效果。结果:两组病例在拔牙手术时间上,术中疼痛,术后反应各方面多有统计学差异(p<0.01)。结论:微创拔牙技术拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙可缩短拔牙手术时间,减轻患者疼痛及术后反应。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction technique for extraction of impacted mandibular third molar. Methods: 90 mandibular 90 patients in low horizontal impacted third molars were randomly divided into experimental group randomly(A group) and control group(B group), A group were treated with minimally invasive extraction technology of extraction, B group of cases with the traditional extraction method of high speed turbine dental drills, compared between the 2 groups effect. Results: there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time of tooth extraction, the pain during operation, and the postoperative response(p<0.01). Conclusion: minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted third molar can shorten the time of tooth extraction and relieve pain and postoperative reaction.
