重庆市不同层次医院护士对护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求差异

目的:了解重庆市不同层次医院护理人员对护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求差异,为进一步科学、有效的建立符合医院等级及专业需求的护理服务失误补救系统提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对重庆市不同等级医院529名护理人员进行护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求情况调查。结果:不同层次医院对护理服务补救系统的认知有显著差异(均P<0.01),不同层次医护人员对服务补救系统的内容需求无差异,对现场自我补救、事后性补救方面的需求有差异(P<0.05),结论:应提高护理人员对服务补救系统的认知程度,尤其应加强对低层次医院护理服务补救的相关教育,在制定护理服务失误补救系统时,应重视不同层次医院护理人员对服务失误补救系统类型的需求差异,满足不同护理人员的需要。

Objective:To investigate the nursing staff in Chongqing city hospitals at different levels of cognitive demand and the difference of nursing serviceed wi th self-designed questionnaire to investigate their cognition and needs. Results: different levels of hospital cognition of nursing service recovery system has significant dif ference(P<0.01), no difference between the different levels of medical staff on the service recovery system needs, after the remedial needs are different on the field self re covery,(P<0.05), conclusion: we should improve the cognition of nursin service recovery system, should pay attention to the nursing staff of different levels of hospital e rrors need difference type of service recovery system, to meetthe different needs of nursing staff.
