全面护理管理模式预防口腔门诊出现院内感染的效果观察

目的:全面护理管理模式预防口腔门诊出现院内感染的效果观察。方法:将我院口腔门诊科就诊的94例患者作为研究对象,按照随机的方式将94例患者分成对照组和研究组,每组各47例,对照组不实施护理管理措施,研究组则实施全面护理管理模式。结果:研究组院内感染发生率为2.21%,明显低于对照组的25.53%;研究组消毒液、空气质量、手部卫生以及器械使用合格率明显高于对照组,组间数据差异显著均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结论:全面护理管理模式预防口腔门诊出现院内感染的效果显著,能够有效降低院内感染发生率,提高各项操作的合格率,值得推广。

Objective: to observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management mode on prevention of inpatient infection in oral clinic. Methods: 94 cases with oral outpatient department visits as the research object, according to the random responses in the 94 patients were divided into control group and research group, each group of 47 cases, control group not nursing management measures, the team will implement comprehensive nursing management mode. Results: the incidence of infection in the research group was 2.21%, significantly lower than 25.53% in the control group. The group’s disinfectant, air quality, hand hygiene, and the use of instruments were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences in data between groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of infection in the hospital and improve the qualified rate of operation, which is worth promoting.
