失禁性皮炎护理研究进展

失禁相关性皮炎(Incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD)是失禁患者常见的并发症,而其作为一种独立的病症并没有受到足够的重视。本文介绍了IAD的定义、病因及相关的评估工具,对近年来临床护理工作中对IAD的预防和治疗手段的进展进行了综述。IAD发病机制、更简便有效的评估工具和更经济有效的护理方案及产品的进一步研究,及更健全的关于IAD相关知识的教育培训机制,以促进IAD患者的康复。

Incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD) is a common complication in patients with incontinence,as an independent illness it didn’t attract enough attention.In this overview we introduced the definition,etiology and assessment tools of incontinence-associated dermatitis,and reviewed the progress of prevention and treatment of IAD.The further study about the pathogenesis of IAD,more simple and effective assessment tools and more economical and effective care regimens and productions is expected to promote the recovery of IAD patients.
