颅内动脉瘤患者栓塞术后神经功能康复护理的干预时机分析

目的:分析颅内动脉瘤患者栓塞术后神经功能康复护理的干预时机对个体神经功能以及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:随机选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的76例颅内动脉瘤患者为本次实验研究对象,所有患者均给予颅内动脉瘤栓塞术治疗,按照神经功能康复护理干预时机不同将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组38例术后3个月进行神经功能康复护理,实验组38例患者术给予神经功能康复护理,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者护理干预后神经功能Rankin量表降幅明显优于对照组(5.3±0.3vs3.4±0.1),实验组患者基本性日常生活活动能力(BADL)量表提升幅度明显优于对照组(52.5±3.0vs39.8±2.4),两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于颅内动脉瘤栓塞术治疗患者术后给予给予早期神经功能康复护理可有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Objective: to analysis the nerve function after surgery for patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization of rehabilitation nursing intervention in time for individual nerve function and the influence of daily life activities ability.Methods: randomly selected from our hospital between January 2015 and December 2015, 76 patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated as the research object, this experiment all the patients were given intracranial aneurysm embolization, according to the neural function rehabilitation nursing intervention for different all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, control group of 38 cases of postoperative 3 months for neural function rehabilitation nursing, the experimental group 38 cases of patients who give neural function rehabilitation care, compared two groups of patients clinical therapeutic effect.Results: the experimental group after nursing intervention in patients with neurologic Rankin scale decline obviously better than that of control group(5.3 +/-0.3 vs3.4 +/-0.1), the experimental group patients fundamental ability of daily life activities(BADL) scale increases obviously better than that of control group(52.5 +/-3.0 vs39.8 +/-2.4), two groups of data with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: for patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization postoperatively to give early nerve function rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of neural function in patients with, improve the ability of patients daily life activities.
