对老年白内障合并青光眼患者围手术期实施干预护理的临床效果分析

目的:分析对老年白内障合并青光眼患者围手术期实施干预护理的临床效果。方法:取老年白内障合并青光眼患者120例,随机将其分为2组,研究组与对照组各60例,分别使用传统和综合护理的方式进行干预。对比两组患者护理效果。结果:研究组的总满意率为98.43%与对照组的86.32%相比,研究组的护理满意率明显由于对照组(P<0.05);而且对比研究组,对照组的并发症发生概率及抑郁评分、疼痛评分、焦虑评分等显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论结论:对老年白内障合并青光眼患者,采用综合护理方式干预,可降低患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛等,值得临床通过使用。

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention on senile cataract and glaucoma. Methods: 120 elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma were randomly divided into 2 groups, the study group and the control group, 60 cases, respectively, using traditional and comprehensive nursing intervention. The effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the total satisfaction rate in study group was 98.43% and 86.32% in the control group, nursing satisfaction rate in study group than the control group(P<0.05); and the comparative study group, the control group complication probability and depression score, pain score, anxiety score was significantly higher than that of the research group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety, depression, pain and so on in senile cataract patients with glaucoma. It is worthy of clinical use.
