摘要
目的:讨论老年髋部骨折患者实施精细化护理的效果观察。方法:选取我院发生老年髋部骨折的患者40例,将选取的患者随机分为两组,其中实行精细化护理的为实验组,实行常规护理的为对照组,比较2组护理效果。结果:对照组的疼痛评分大于实验组(P<0.05)。对照组的骨折的愈合的时间大于实验组(P<0.05)。对照组的护理效果小于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年髋部骨折的患者进行精细化的护理,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To discuss the effect of fine care in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: Forty patients with hip fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were divided into two groups. The nursing group was the experimental group, and the routine nursing was used as the control group. The nursing effect was compared. Results: The pain score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group(P <0.05). The time of fracture healing in the control group was greater than that in the experimental group(P <0.05). The nursing effect of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P <0.05). Conclusion: It is of great clinical value to carry out fine nursing care for elderly patients with hip fracture.
