摘要
目的:分析临床重症监护室护理教学中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。方法:选取我院重症监护室护理人员50例作为研究对象,统计护理人员的护理资料,根据其工作年限、工作能力及学历水平等多个方面进行合理的分级,给予不同层级的护理人员实施不同的临床护理教学,重点护理前后患者的工作失误情况和综合素质改善情况进行比较,总结现今临床护理教学现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。结果:进行临床护理后护理人员的失误发生率显著降低,综合素质有所提高;但是多数护理人员的专业技能操作是水平无明显变化,就差异进行统计学分析,P>0.05无意义。结论:通过分管不同层级进行临床教学取得了显著效果,但是现今临床护理教学中关于实践技能的培训仍存在许多问题亟待解决。
Objective: To analyze the problems in the nursing of clinical intensive care unit, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Fifty patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The nursing staftheir working years, working ability and educational level. The nursithe current status of clinical nursing teaching, analysis of existing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Results: The incidence of errors in nurses wever, most of the nursing staff had no significant chanf professional skills, and the differences were statistically analyzed. Conclusion: There are still many problems in the teaching of practical skills in clinical nursing teaching, which still needs to be solved urgently by the clinical teaching in different levels.
